About The Role
At HC-One, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team.
If you’re looking to earn extra money while gaining valuable experience in the care sector, Flex Force offers contracted hours and guaranteed set pay each month. You can choose shifts that fit around your family or other commitments. Shifts are available across our care homes in the Rotherham & Sheffield area, providing flexibility and variety in your working week.
Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday, including days, nights, and weekends, and may not always be consecutive. Flexibility is essential for a Flex Force Care Assistant, allowing you to adapt to the needs of our homes while maintaining control over your schedule.
The homes include Holmwood, Swallownest, Silverwood, and Ascot Lodge.
About The Role
As a Flexible Care Assistant at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. Our care touches upon Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist needs. Whether providing long- or short-term care, including respite and palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality, compassionate care that respects residents' dignity and individuality. Your role may involve assisting with mobility, emotional support, or end-of-life care, always prioritizing residents’ well-being.
Your duties will include:
A driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act. Attendance at safeguarding training and ongoing education are required.
