Salary: £45,607 rising to £46,748 per annum after 6 months' successful probation (including basic and allowances)

The Fleet Workshop Supervisor role is within the Fleet Operations team. It involves supervising and motivating a team of vehicle technicians to provide excellent service to internal and external customers. The role is hands-on, requiring periodic inspections, maintenance, repairs, and testing on a diverse fleet of vehicles and plant, including heavy goods and light commercial vehicles, adhering to DVSA standards.
