Job summary

Elise Search in Bristol is seeking a Vehicle Technician to service, maintain, and repair a fleet of mixed commercial vehicles, with MOT preparation and ongoing training on new technologies.

You will diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic tools, complete repairs in-house, and develop knowledge across vans, cars, and HGVs. A full driving licence is required; HGV licence preferred. The role offers a stable career path with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified mechanic or HGV technician with NVQ 3/IMI/City & Guilds.
• Experience on vans, cars or HGVs.
• Full driving licence; HGV licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, prepare for MOT and repair a fleet of mixed commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs in-house using the full range of your technical skills.
• Build knowledge of makes/models from vans to HGVs (optional).
