Job summary

Riverside Motor Group in Doncaster is seeking a proactive Site Operative/Valeter to join our busy Fleet team, supporting brands including Volvo, BYD, Polestar and SEAT/CUPRA. This fast‑paced, varied role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure across multiple sites.

You will receive vehicles from transporters, check for discrepancies or damage, prepare cars to a high standard for delivery and work closely with the Fleet Admin team

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Receiving vehicles from transporters and checking for discrepancies, faults, or damage.
• Managing site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Preparing vehicles to a high standard ahead of customer delivery.
• Working closely with the Fleet Admin team to ensure all documentation is correctly completed and assigned.
• Collaborating with Fleet Drivers to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready for delivery.
