Job Responsibilities

1. Support the technical management of the Motor Fleet account and deliver an efficient case underwriting service to brokers, aiming to achieve income and profit objectives.
2. Handle Fleet New Business enquiries and renewals by producing terms and converting/retaining acceptable business. Conduct regular case reviews to ensure adherence to technical procedures and standards.
3. Enhance Arch’s local presence by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers' directors and staff.
4. Maintain up-to-date personal knowledge of relevant technical issues.
5. Support the development of underwriting staff by providing technical guidance.
6. Manage referral cases above the authority levels of Underwriters, Assistant Underwriters, and Technicians, adhering to individual authority levels.
7. Contribute to the company's technical knowledge by providing market intelligence feedback to the Regional Director and team.
8. Collaborate with other departments, especially claims and survey teams, as needed.
