Job Description:

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights

Salary: £43,743 Per Annum

• You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management’s policies, including Anti-Bribery and competition law.
• Service, inspection, maintenance, and repair of a diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers.
• Electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis, repair, and installation.
• Overhaul electrical equipment and components.
• Setting and operating machine tools and equipment.
• Welding and metalworking.
• Preparation for Department of Transport (MOT) testing.
• Parts ordering and stores management.
• Support team members, including Apprentice Technicians, as required.
• Accurately record time and details of completed jobs.
• Inspect and repair workshop equipment as directed.
• Perform other work within normal job skills as required.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as needed.
• Prioritize health and safety and maintain workshop cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• HGV L3 in vehicle maintenance; L2 and relevant experience considered.
• Cat C+E licence highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and productive.
• Competent in all aspects of repair and servicing.
• Diagnostics skills/qualifications – desirable.
• Fleet experience preferred.
