Job description

Job Description

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Nights.

1. Maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management’s AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines, including Anti-Bribery and competition law.
2. Service, inspect, maintain, and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers.
3. Diagnose, repair, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
4. Overhaul electrical equipment and components.
5. Set up and operate machine tools and equipment.
6. Perform welding and metalworking tasks.
7. Prepare for Department of Transport (MOT) testing.
8. Manage parts ordering and stores.
9. Support team members, including Apprentice Technicians, as required.
10. Accurately record time and details of completed jobs.
11. Inspect and repair workshop equipment as directed.
12. Perform other duties within the normal grade/job skills as required.
13. Carry out ad-hoc duties as needed.
14. Prioritize health and safety at work and maintain workshop cleanliness.

Qualifications

1. HGV Level 3 in vehicle maintenance; Level 2 and relevant experience will be considered.
2. Cat C+E licence is highly desirable.
3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
4. Hardworking, self-motivated, and productive.
5. Capable of handling all aspects of repair and servicing.
