Job summary

Consortio RG Ltd. is partnering with a renowned shipowner to recruit a Technical Executive for our Southampton office.

You will support day-to-day technical management of container vessels, coordinating documentation, maintenance records, spare parts, and class compliance. Working closely with Fleet Manager and Technical Superintendents, you will monitor vessel performance through fleet software and assist with dry dock planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline; Class 5/4/3 CoC considered advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in ship management or vessel owner technical/engineering support roles.
• Experience using planned maintenance systems such as DNV, AMOS, BASSnet or PAL.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accurate technical records and reports.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills; able to work independently and build a career in technical ship management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical documentation and planned maintenance records for the fleet.
• Manage spare parts, vessel reporting and class compliance.
• Assist with dry dock planning and monitor vessel performance using fleet management software.
• Ensure key technical data remains accurate and up to date.
