Job description

Are you ready to hit the road and be a key player in the micromobility revolution? Join us as a Fleet Specialist! We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to keep our fleet of scooters in top shape while helping to create cleaner, more sustainable cities.

Payrate: GBP16.46 per hour
10pm-6am
Wednesday - Sunday shift
3 Month initial contract
Hub based in Mitcham - CR4

Your Mission:
As a Fleet Specialist, you'll work across two dynamic areas: our mechanical team and our in-field team. Your role will involve a mix of maintenance, repairs, and logistics to ensure our scooters are ready for action!

Exciting Tasks Awaiting You:

    • Ensure efficient logistics for collecting and deploying our Voi scooters
    • Search for and collect damaged scooters
    • Perform battery replacements
    • Carry out quick on-site scooter repairs
    • Diagnose and repair broken vehicles
    • Recycle and dismantle vehicles that are beyond repair
    • Assist with the acceptance and packaging of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
    • Support the on-site team in identifying damaged vehicles and clearing parking spaces

What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • Full UK Driving licence (max 6 points for minor offences; no major offences)
    • In-depth knowledge of London streets, comfortable driving under various conditions
    • A responsible team player who can manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively
    • A pragmatic problem-solver with a knack for finding solutions and meeting team targets
    • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations (think traffic and tight parking!)
  • Physical capability to carry heavy loads
