Vacancy – Fleet Service Advisor (Contact Centre)

Location - Alfreton

Salary - £25,300 plus great career progression, and you only work for half the year!

Working hours – 4 days on, 4 days off, with 2 shifts: 6am-5pm and 1pm-midnight.

Key responsibilities of Contact Centre Advisor:
  • Provide excellent customer service standards
  • Build rapport and demonstrate customer care
  • Listen carefully to identify customer needs
  • Handle internet, email, and phone enquiries
  • Make and answer calls professionally, following company policies
  • Work collaboratively to meet team objectives
  • Respond to and log all email enquiries
  • Maintain reports and call logs
Ideal candidate profile:
  • Customer service experience in contact centres, retail, or sales
  • Experience dealing with emergency breakdowns and defects
  • Liaise with suppliers for repairs and bookings, managing cases from start to finish
