Qualifications

• First point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• Experience with direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Clear, articulate English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, and manage vehicle deliveries between branches.
• Confirm damages with customers and ensure required documents are signed.
• Assist in refuelling vehicles and support branch operations.
• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high customer standards.
• Present tailored offers to customers to drive sales and service excellence.
