Job description

Evans Halshaw BYD, Birmingham

Basic salary of £22,000, OTE of £42,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 6 months, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Sales Executive at BYD, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team dedicated to making car buying simple and accessible. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to thrive. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Creating positive experiences for customers from initial contact to helping them find their perfect vehicle and driving away in their new car.
  2. Building product and service knowledge to represent the brand with pride and excellence.
  3. Driving sales by converting enquiries into appointments and then into sales, building rapport with customers.
  4. Offering complete packages, including accessories, warranties, and finance options.
  5. Providing fair financial advice in compliance with FCA regulations.
