We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role where you'll help ensure the smooth running of our workshop operations and play a central part in maintaining the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our fleet services.
County Fleetcare is a vital trading service within the Council, responsible for the procurement and maintenance of the Council's fleet. Supporting a wide range of services-from Highways and Libraries to Countryside Management-County Fleetcare also serves external public sector clients, including schools, academies, and other local authorities. Operating from a dedicated premises in Stafford, the service plays a key role in keeping essential services moving across the county.

This is a permanent, full time role working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with consideration for flexible working. The role is based at County Fleetcare in Stafford.
