A leading mobility solutions provider in Coalville seeks a Fleet Operations Administrator to provide administrative support for the Fleet Operations Department. Responsibilities include processing invoices and handling inquiries. Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook are crucial. The role also requires a full driving licence and the ability to work under pressure.
As a Fleet Operations Administrator, you will be involved in providing administrative duties to aid the smooth running of the Fleet Operations Department, reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, the principle objective of this role is to ensure that all administrative duties are processed promptly and provide support to the Fleet Operations team, this will be including be not limited to processing invoices, dealing with enquiries via email, phone and post all in relation to our defleet vehicles.
You will be working alongside the Logistics, Workshop Controller and the Parts Advisors team providing administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the departments, you will also be liaising with other departments on site from time to time.
