Are you a skilled mechanical engineer ready for a hands-on role in the marine industry? Join a market-leading operator supporting the offshore energy sector, where quality, innovation, and teamwork drive success.

The Role:

Maintain and repair a growing fleet across the UK and Europe. You’ll handle everything from routine inspections to complex engine replacements while working with a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, inspect, and repair vessel systems (engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, electrics).

  • Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.

  • Train crew on maintenance best practices.

  • Travel across the UK and Europe for on-site maintenance and repairs.

  • Uphold safety and quality standards at all times.

About You:


  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.

  • 3-4 years’ marine or ship engineering experience

  • STCW qualifications and a full valid driving license.

  • Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to travel/on-call.
