Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Expertise: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our vehicles and equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
• Judgment in Repairs: Assess when repairs exceed in-house capabilities and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.
• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintenance Record Keeping: Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
• Cost Management: Seek cost-effective solutions and manage resources wisely.
• Facility Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine cleaning of shop spaces and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
