Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Technical Superintendent, preferably in dry bulk.
• Sailing experience as Chief Engineer is a plus.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Owner Representative (Dry Bulk | Indonesian-Flagged Fleet)

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia

Are you a seasoned marine professional with a strong background in dry bulk vessel operations? Join a leading Indonesian shipping company known for its excellence in national and international bulk transportation.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the technical performance and maintenance of assigned dry bulk vessels
• Ensure compliance with safety, class, and flag state regulations
• Coordinate dry-docking, repairs, and surveys
• Work closely with crew and shore teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations
• Drive technical improvements and innovation across the fleet

What We’re Looking For:

• Min. 3 years’ experience as Technical Superintendent (Dry Bulk preferred)
• Marine Engineering background: sailing experience as Chief Engineer is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian-flagged regulations and international standards
• Strong leadership skills is a must
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia because has to deal with Indonesian Shipowner (preferred)
• Open to relocate
• Willingness to travel and attend vessels when required
