Job summary

Direct Corporate Risks, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Account Handler for the Billericay office. The role offers £35,000 starting salary, 37.5 hours per week, and permanent employment.

You will process vehicle adjustments, MID updates and liaise with clients and insurers on fleet queries. The successful candidate will be organized, with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, supporting the client servicing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in account handling and liaising with clients and insurers on vehicle and fleet queries.
• Process date input, invoicing and set up for new clients.
• Ensure documentation and processing meet compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Account management including renewal chasers through to file closures.
• Liaise with clients on a daily basis, answering inbound enquiries and handling policy amendments on motor fleet policies, including MID updates.
• Undertake vehicle amendments and adjustments, including Motor Insurance Database updates.
