What will you be doing?

As a member of this high-performing department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing market-leading fulfilment of new vehicles to Pentagon Corporate Fleet customers.
  • Creating or engaging high-quality digital systems to streamline all areas of Pentagon Corporate Fleet.
  • Delivering the desired volume of vehicles monthly to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensuring correct quality of preparation to meet brand and company standards.
  • Leading, recruiting, developing, and retaining quality staff to achieve company objectives.
  • Helping to establish and manage key suppliers for this business unit.
  • Providing effective and timely reporting of activities and outputs.
  • Helping MOTUS Group UK achieve industry-leading standards and process efficiency.
  • Controlling profit margins to meet Pentagon KPIs.
  • Maintaining and updating the database of company policies.
  • Managing Pentagon Corporate Fleet health and safety activities.
  • Managing relationships with converters and other Motus business areas to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
