Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn on the job and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Educated to degree level in engineering with an Eng Council accreditation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of the Fleet Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Fleet Engineering Team with assigned projects to deliver team objectives.
  • Collaborate with departments within the Fleet function to gain broad operational understanding.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to support collaborative problem-solving.
