Job summary

East Midlands Railway (EMR) invites applications for a Fleet Graduate Engineer. This structured development role sits within the Fleet Engineering Team and offers mentoring from a Chartered Engineer to guide technical growth and progression toward professional accreditation.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn on the job and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment.
Educated to degree level in engineering with an Eng Council accreditation.
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to engage stakeholders.
Capable of working both independently and as part of the Fleet Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

Support the Fleet Engineering Team with assigned projects to deliver team objectives.
Collaborate with departments within the Fleet function to gain broad operational understanding.
Engage with stakeholders across the business to support collaborative problem-solving.
