As the Fleet Engineering Manager (FEM), you will hold overall responsibility for the Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU), fleet operations, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at the site, ensuring adherence to both legal requirements and Gist policies. This role is pivotal in driving the progression and continuous improvement of VMU, fleet, and MHE over the coming months and years.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the UK Engineering Manager (UKEM), Site General Manager (GM), Site Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Manager, and other Fleet Engineering Managers (FEMs).
