Sysco GB is launching its Fleet Graduate Programme to develop tomorrow’s Fleet Engineers across the UK. You will gain hands-on experience across the full fleet lifecycle, from planning through to maintenance and compliance, with support from experienced engineers and mentors.

Our Fleet Engineering Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, reliable, and ready to serve our customers every day. You'll develop the technical expertise, problem‑solving mindset, and operational understanding needed to help shape the future of Fleet Engineering at Sysco.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full fleet lifecycle, from vehicle specification and fleet planning through to engineering, maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working alongside experienced fleet engineers, compliance specialists, maintenance providers, and operational leaders, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to make a real impact on a critical part of our business.
The first six months of your programme will be spent fully immersing yourself in our Operations and Distribution business. This will involve working as part of both our warehouse and transport teams, experiencing day and night shifts, and gaining a thorough understanding of how we operate and deliver for our customers.
Following this induction period, you’ll be supporting fleet projects and initiatives across our UK network. Through key placements in Fleet Build & Planning, Fleet Engineering & Maintenance, and Compliance, you'll gain experience in:
