Job description

Are you an experienced fleet or rolling stock manager?

Do you have previous experience within demobilisation or dilapidation?

If so, TXM Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Fleet Delivery Manager located in Tyseley, Birmingham on a 6-month contract basis paying between £500 - £600 per day (outside IR35) This is to support a rail company during a key demobilisation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support the depot teams in ensuring they get to a zero-defect handover position for the fleet.
• Based at the depot, you will identify the current state of the fleet, review work reports and ensure material availability and incorporate necessary repairs into the production plan.
• You will require to drive production and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

What we require?

• We are recruiting for an experienced rail professional with strong understanding of UK rolling stock and depot operations.
• The successful individual will support on a demobilisation and dilapidation programme.
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of e2m/SAP/Maximo/RAVERS.
