Job Title: Fleet Coordinator at Europcar

Europcar, the European leader in car and van rentals with a premium positioning, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator.

Would you like to join the Europcar team? As a Fleet Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles, a key part of our customer experience. Your role involves working with delivery and collection teams, central fleet staff, and local branches. You may also be required to deliver and collect vehicles directly for customers, making a positive first impression with a confident manner and professional handover.

• Provide high-quality rental administration services to meet station needs
• Assist in completing rental documents accurately and plan vehicle delivery and collection
• Handle telephone inquiries professionally
• Complete rental and vehicle documentation, including damage reporting post-rental
• Ensure safety of vehicles, premises, and customers
