We currently have a vacancy for a FLEET COORDINATOR with our internationally renowned logistics/transport client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92. Pay is based on a salary of 30,358.09 pa (14.59ph).

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Pay: paid hourly 14.59ph

Duties:

• Capturing vehicles for services / MOTs
• Ensuring the fleet remains compliant and roadworthy
• Dealing with service providers
• Chasing and checking paperwork
• Booking in vehicle services and MOTs
• Data entry
• Following correct processes to audit standard

Required:

• UK Road Haulage experience (ideal candidate will have worked in a transport office environment)
• May suit an experienced transport office clerk looking to further their career
• Computer Skills (Word/Excel)
• Good Telephone Manner
• Ability and willingness to work full-time hours
• Access to transport or be able to commute to Solihull, Birmingham, B92
