Job Description
- Coordinate and manage daily fleet schedules to optimise utilisation.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
- Deal with Insurance claims and processes
- Deal with accidents and repairs claims and processes
- Track compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams to address fleet-related queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and expenses.
- Support the Customer Service department with timely updates on fleet availability.
- Analyse fleet performance data and propose improvements where needed.
- Oversee fuel usage and implement cost-saving measures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fleet Controller should have:
- Experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle compliance and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and customers.
- An understanding of operational logistics and scheduling.
