Overview

Fleet Compliance Team Leader – Birmingham. Competitive Salary. My client who are a nationally recognised fleet management and leasing provider are currently seeking a Compliance Team Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure achievement against departments KPIs
  • Act upon performance information provided, coaching and guiding staff members to improve knowledge and skill where required
  • Provide expertise on transport compliance and management
  • Chair regular employee performance reviews and annual appraisals, and manage follow up actions
Qualifications & Experience
  • A proven track record in team management with experience managing a large diverse team
  • Transport compliance experience essential
  • Demonstrable understanding of key transport compliance- O Licence, PMI, LBT, Tachograph Calibrations etc
  • A proven track record of dealing with customer care situations
  • Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level
  • CPC desirable but not essential
