  • Monitor MOT renewal / expiry dates, Service dates, calibration and repairs.
  • Take ownership and organise fleet/ plant and test equipment information.
  • Ensure Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain central Fleet and plant for FM Business
  • Maintain central Fleet and plant Databases for FM Business
  • Monitor MOT renewal / expiry dates, Service dates, calibration and repairs. and support Operations Teams and Technical manager with any information required to assist renewal/compliance processes.
  • Take ownership and Organise fleet/ plant and test equipment information, ensuring these are maintained in date and form part of robust over-arching policy and procedure.
  • Ensure Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system

  • Knowledge and experience of Fleet and Plant Administration
