Key Purpose of the Job:
As part of the team, you will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day Fleet and Logistics administration. We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills as well as some help on the Warehouse floor.
Fleet:
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Organise & manage all contract-ending vehicle inspections.
- Conduct fleet inductions for new starters.
- Distribute penalty notices to relevant parties.
- Support drivers with policies & procedures.
- Issue & return of company vehicles.
- Process invoices & raise purchase orders.
- Arrange hire vehicles & vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs.
- Keep fleet records & databases up to date.
- Order & distribute fuel cards.
- Manage the insurance database (adding/removing vehicles).
- Arrange for vehicle equipment installation.
- Coordinate vehicle branding when required.
- Liaise with drivers and suppliers via telephone & email.
Warehouse:
- Receive, inspect, unload, and process deliveries accurately.
- Pick, pack, prepare & dispatch orders accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if qualified).
- Support daily stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare daily reports for key stakeholders.
- Process returns.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas.

- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
- Attention to detail.

- Work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Competence in driving cars & light commercial vehicles (up to 3.5T).
Desirable Requirements:
- Forklift License (Counterbalance).
