What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting Installation Engineers with day-to-day line management and logistical coordination.
• Overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling, and promoting safe driving practices.
• Ensuring smooth installations, excellent customer communication, and professional service at every stage.
• Monitoring team performance, maintaining compliance, and providing hands-on support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing staff, including performance reviews and 1-to-1s.
• Managing vehicle maintenance to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and legal compliance.
• Coordinating on-call cover and stepping in for urgent jobs where needed.
• Supervising stock, paperwork, and loading/unloading in line with internal policies.
• Ensuring high standards during product handovers and customer interactions.
