Fleet Administrator - Washington NE38 8QU

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £26,559 per annum basic

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator, to be based at our Washington site, to assist in the management of a fleet of 260 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Book services, maintenance, repairs & MOT's

Report fleet accidents to insurers

Maintain the fleet X system

Place hire bookings - short term & long term

Check vehicles in at Washington

Check vehicles out at Washington

Manage vehicles on site at Washington

Drive Company Vans & Cars As Required

Inputting invoices into Fleet X

Process & action any fines for company vehicles

Checking invoices received vs work undertaken and report any anomalies to the finance department

Contact and receive communications from Engineers and Management, in a professional manner at all times

Deal with all correspondence effectively and efficiently

Liaise with Management as to the daily activities within the department

Contribute to the implementation of effective processes

To achieve all quality and performance measures

Any other duties reasonably requested, deemed necessary to the efficient running of the department

Wear allocated PPE & follow site health and safety guidelines as and when required

Experience And Skills

Experience within an administrative role [ Fleet experience preferred but not essential]

Full and Clean driving Licence

Confident to be able to drive company vehicles including vans

Experience of problem solving in a time pressured environment

Proficient in MS office Applications
