Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1 day WFH)
Salary: £16.00 per hour

Duties of a Fleet Administrator:

  • Manage the full ordering process of vehicles through the supply chain and onwards to leasing companies and brokers
  • Operate various digital fleet platforms including Lease Link, Fleet Procure, and Fleet Monitor
  • Progress vehicles through each stage of the process, keeping all parties up to date throughout
  • Handle customer queries and updates via portals, email, and phone
  • Maintain accurate records and pricing checks, ensuring vehicles are correctly allocated to geographical areas
  • Deal with all administrative aspects of the vehicle ordering and delivery process
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, corporate teams, leasing companies, and brokers
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent service at every stage
