This is a fantastic time to join the Royal Mail Fleet team as we progress on our journey towards net zero, targeting an all-electric delivery fleet by 2035. This is a huge undertaking with over 50,000 vehicles and trailer assets, from buying and selling vehicles, providing maintenance and accident repairs, to managing fuel and supplier contracts there are exciting roles for anyone wishing to pursue a career involving vehicle asset management.
As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll report to the In Life Control Manager and be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of Royal Mail Fleet. From managing vehicle documentation to processing invoices and supporting customer queries, you’ll help ensure our fleet runs efficiently and compliantly.

You’re a confident communicator with strong IT and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You’re also a team player who’s adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
