A regional emergency service provider is seeking an excellent administrator to support their fleet administration team. Candidates must have GCSE level qualifications, experience in administrative roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job description

A fantastic administrative opportunity has become available within the fleet maintenance administration team @ Broughton. We are looking for an excellent administrator who can support the fleet team for the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS).

To apply, it is essential that you are educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths) and can demonstrate experience of providing administrative support. You will be competent in using the full Microsoft Office package and have excellent keyboard skills, with the ability to touch type being advantageous. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have outstanding organisational skills, can work to tight deadlines, and prioritise tasks appropriately. You will be a team player, able to use your own initiative, and work without close supervision.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24-hour, 365-days-a-year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.

Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community, transport patients to hospital or a place of care if needed, and deliver non-emergency patient transport services for those unable to travel unaided due to their medical condition or clinical needs.

Alongside other emergency services, we work to ensure public safety and patient treatment in major incidents. We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West, which provides non-emergency medical help 24/7.
