Due to rapid growth, OCU Group have an opportunity for a Fleet Administration Manager to join the Plant & Transport department in our Manchester office. Currently the team take care of over 2500 vehicles, with numbers rapidly increasing. We are looking for someone with a history of administration management at a good level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a busy Fleet team.
  • Managing the team to keep all systems up to date.
  • Producing management information in line with KPI’s.
  • Managing on and off hires.
  • Producing weekly fuel reports and ensuring fuel is assigned to contracts correctly.
  • Ensuring induction and driver training completed.
  • Keeping all telemetry systems up to date and accurate as necessary.
  • Providing support to other members of the team on an ad hoc basis.

Skills/Experience:

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft office in particular Excel.
  • A responsive approach to email and phone communications.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in a similar role.
