The role in a nutshell: Administration for fleet vehicles. This role is a Fixed Term Contract until 12th May 2026.
A bit about the Department – The Fleet Admin team are a pivotal team within the business, completing key tasks including Business Post, Fines Management, Relicensing of vehicles, Cherished Plate Management, MID updates, and Recall Notification Management.
What you’ll be doing:
- In fleet admin we keep the vehicle legal: MID, TAX,keeping the vehicle insuredandannually renewed.We process high volumes of fines for the drivers, in accordance to the customers agreed T&C’s
- We are focused and work at speed with accuracy at the forefront
- We work to KPI’s and achieve set goals, maintaining standards
- Processing fines, discussing any challenges with the team, collaborating with internal departments for additional information required.
- We look to identify any areas of improvement in any process we use
- Fleet admin is made up of individuals with strong work ethic they are flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task
- You will communicate effectively, both verbally and via any other communication channel and remain compliant, supporting Kinto regulation policies and standards
- We process all work flows that keep our fleet vehicles legal and our customers happy, we manage customer expectations through collaboration, understanding, support and empathy

- Fleet admin have great communicative and interpersonal skills and has a collaborative approach with internal departments which is essential in exceeding our client expectations and customer satisfaction measured through our net promoter scores.
