Qualifications

• Experience with STOLL ADF or similar flat knitting platforms.
• Background in technical textiles or small-batch production desirable.
• Willingness to undergo UK Security Clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flat knitting machines.
• Develop and programme new knit patterns for technical components.
• Run production batches and trials using metal yarn and synthetic fibres.
• Maintain knitting and sewing machinery and document servicing.
• Work closely with technical and R&D teams to meet evolving design briefs.

Skills

Experience with industrial/computerised flat knitting machinery

Strong sewing ability (e.g. overlock stitching)

Confident in developing and programming knit patterns

Education

HND or equivalent in a technical or manufacturing subject
