We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven supervisor to join our store team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to meet targets, and providing world-class service, we would love to hear from you!

The Role

The supervisor is our brand ambassador. You will oversee the busy sales floor, motivate the sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and support in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will lead by example, setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Hold daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to surpass them
  2. Conduct store walks, understand the importance of visual merchandising and commerciality
  3. Monitor store sales figures
  4. Handle escalated customer complaints
  5. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
  6. Build strong relationships with customers, providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs
Store Operations
  1. Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures
  2. Manage cashing up and till reconciliation
  3. Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and investigations
  4. Support with product and POS deliveries
  5. Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and escalations
  6. Maintain security policies and procedures for safety
