Role Overview
Main Purpose of the Role: The Flagship Manager’s main responsibility is to maximize sales and profitability while developing and retaining high-performing teams. They must aim to deliver:

- A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and policies
- A focused and commercial business plan to deliver bottom-line profitability
Main Responsibilities
Customer First
- Deliver a ‘customer first’ experience exceeding customer expectations
- Coach teams to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
- Ensure consistent product training and knowledge to provide unbiased customer advice
- Lead the team to deliver a green mystery shop result KPI
- Exceed sales targets and deliver LFL growth along with ATV, AUS, and conversion
- Maximize O & P opportunities with an OMNI focus
- Exceed the company acquisition and participation targets for NDULGE
- Manage payroll spend within budget through effective scheduling and people planning
- Maintain stock file accuracy, adhering to all stock handling policies to minimize loss in line with stock loss targets
Communication
- Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS, and conversion on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external partners to drive business opportunities
Commerciality
- Identify innovative opportunities to maximize business
- Analyze business reports to review store performance regularly
- Make confident decisions to drive commercial excellence, including sales, promotions, new launches, VM, and rate card standards
- Drive treatment room and chair bookings, maintaining standards
- Stay ahead of current trends, brand-specific social media, and customer profiles by keeping up to date with external influences
Team
- Recruit and retain diverse teams supporting a ‘customer first’ experience
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees
- Provide feedback and manage performance using company processes and the NHANCE platform
- Identify key in-house ambassadors and specialists to drive results
- Ensure operational efficiency and action-driven approaches
- Support management development, succession planning, and business growth
Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team, being a role model
- Coach and develop team members to reach their potential
- Undertake duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
- Lead change and innovation to evolve the retail experience
- Challenge and inspire the team to elevate service, stock, and VM standards
- Coach management to oversee customer service and operations
- Maintain a visible floor presence
- Conduct regular floor walks, providing constructive feedback and goal setting
- Plan and execute projects with strong organizational skills
- Oversee store H&S, ensuring compliance to protect staff and customers
Store Operations
- Maintain store standards in line with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Understand and adhere to loss prevention practices
Qualities
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience
- Ability to analyze reports and identify business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with support departments
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
