Overview

Amazing opportunity in Luxury Sales & Management - working as a Flagship Store Director / Retail Sales Manager for a Luxury Decor Brand in Chelsea.

You must have strong premium LUXURY RETAIL sales & management experience (please only apply if you do) & the ability to create a first class client experience - ability to story tell & take the client on a journey is key in order to sell 'high ticket' luxury items.

You should also have the ability to build B2B partnerships & connections (interior designers etc.). The role is about driving revenue but is not a hard sell - storytelling & consultative selling is key.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client & customer service and deliver an amazing client experience from start to finish; consultatively manage client needs and transfer passion for sales & the product to generate sales.
  • Lead the flagship store, service clients who enter the space, and proactively conduct outreach to stimulate activity—using the client database, daily calls & emails, and developing relationships with private clients and B2B partners.
  • Drive revenue toward monthly targets with the potential to earn commission.
  • Develop business through partnerships and clienteling; leverage CRM tools and storytelling to grow the client base.
  • Be flexible around weekend working due to the nature of retail.
Qualifications
  • Strong premium luxury retail sales & management experience.
  • Ability to create a first-class client experience and to storytelling-led client journeys for high-ticket items.
  • Experience in building B2B partnerships (e.g., interior designers).
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with aptitude for business development, CRM, and clientelling.
