A Flagship Store Manager for a luxury home décor brand must bridge high-end retail and professional trade, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. The ideal candidate embodies the brand’s aesthetic with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Luxury Retail Expertise (B2C): Deliver an immersive boutique experience, oversee product presentation, lead omnichannel outreach, develop trade partnerships, host showroom events, and track trade sales.
2. Clienteling & Relationship Building: Use CRM tools for long-term relationships, lead outreach campaigns, and handle client issues discreetly.
3. Aesthetic & Product Sensibility: Maintain visual merchandising standards, advise clients on design, and collaborate on showroom layouts.
