A Flagship Store Manager for a luxury home décor brand must expertly bridge high-end retail and professional trade, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales. The leader should embody the brand’s aesthetic and lead with strategic vision and operational excellence.

• Luxury Retail Expertise (B2C): Deliver immersive boutique experiences, oversee product presentation, lead team outreach, develop trade partnerships, host showroom events, and grow trade sales.
• Clienteling & Relationship Building: Use CRM tools to maintain client relationships, lead outreach campaigns, and handle issues discreetly.
• Aesthetic & Product Sensibility: Maintain visual merchandising standards, advise clients with design knowledge, and collaborate on showroom layouts.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and train staff, foster team growth, and handle personnel issues.
