Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a General Manager for its flagship NBA Store on Oxford Street. You will lead the full store team, drive sales performance, and maintain premier commercial and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a high-footfall environment.
• Strong people management, coaching, and development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive KPIs such as conversion, AOV, and UPT.
• Strong visual merchandising and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the full store team, including casual staff.
• Own daily store operations end-to-end (opening/closing, till, security, replenishment).
• Drive KPIs (footfall, conversion, AOV, UPT) and manage budgets and payroll.
• Ensure premier fan experience and first-class visual standards, especially during launches and NBA moments.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations and Merchandising to align with NBA calendar.
