YOUR MISSION

Enhancing the store's appearance and promoting sales culture within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals by offering and demonstrating products to customers, assisting in product selection, consulting on product features, properties, quality, care instructions, pricing, offering substitutes, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing warranty documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
  • Visual Merchandising: Conduct pre-sale preparation of products, including verifying names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting appearance. Arrange and display merchandise according to PUMA's VM standards. Monitor product availability, quality, expiration dates, labeling, and pricing. Maintain store presentation and visual standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Monitoring and Adjusting Displays: Update and modify displays to keep them fresh, relevant, and aligned with new products, seasonal themes, or promotional events.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Training and Support: Proactively train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and emphasize the importance of high visual standards.
YOUR TALENT
  • Product Knowledge: Understand product purposes, properties, quality, care instructions, and pricing. Ability to recommend substitutes, new, and related products.
