Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking Fixed Wire Testers for mobile roles on behalf of our client, a large electrical compliance company.

The role includes a supplied van, PDA, fuel card, and full kit. The basic salary is £36,000 plus a competitive bonus scheme, with a minimum OTE of £42,000. These are permanent positions.

Additional benefits include overtime opportunities, pension, paid holidays and bank holidays, test equipment, uniform, PPE, hotels (booked and paid for), and meals.

Bonus scheme details: Achieve 45 circuits per day (both weekday and weekend targets) to earn £2.80 per circuit on weekdays and £3.50 per circuit on weekends.

The work involves carrying out testing within various commercial, industrial, and hospital environments.

Candidate requirements:

  • 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • C&G Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Testing and inspection qualification (e.g., 2391/4/5)
  • Experience in testing and inspection

Willingness to work away from home, including some weekend and night work (at enhanced rates and allowances).

Candidates must pass a Disclosure Check and have valid right-to-work documents such as a passport.
