A Vacancy at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
Overview
Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor post based in Lewisham CAMHS service at the Adolescent treatment team (ATT) and at Youth justice service CAMHS service.
This post is for Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm with no out-of-hours responsibilities. The post holder contributes on a regular basis to the daytime (09:00–17:00) resident doctor duty rota for Lewisham CAMHS crisis service along with CT and SR grade residents and with support from the duty consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist. The post will be initially for a period of 6 months with possibility of extension. Start date is ideally: 6th August 2025, although some flexibility is possible. This post is akin to a very popular specialist resident training post in community Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, but this is a service post rather than a higher training post.
