Job description

A fabulous, fixed-term nanny position is available in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Position Details

1. Start Date: 23 June 2025
2. End Date: 18 July 2025
3. Child: 14-month-old girl
4. Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 13:30-18:30 (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Collect the child from daycare at 15:30
• Maintain her laundry and tidy her areas
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals
• Engage in play and reading stories
• Oversee bathtime and hand over the child to her parents at the end of the day

Requirements

• Confident and careful driver with a clean license and own fully insured car (duty mileage reimbursed)
• Minimum two years of experience in childcare
• Enhanced DBS (update) and 12-hour paediatric first aid certification
• Level 3 childcare qualification preferred, experience essential
• Pets: Two indoor cats
• Pay: £25 gross per hour, preferably self-employed
