A multi asset hedge fund in London is looking to hire a Fixed Term Contract Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund, to support its OTC and FX Middle Office Trading Operations team in London on a Fixed Term Contract up till 24th Dec 2025 in London.
This is a unique opportunity for Fixed Term Contract Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund, to support a fund that is undertaking a major migration and therefore looking to hire on a Fixed Term Contract till end of Dec 2025.
The project is due to last for up to till end of Dec 2025, and the business is looking to augment Operation support to the front office by hiring experienced OTC / FX Derivatives Operations Analyst with experience across trade Operations, coupled with the opportunity to support projects.
The business is looking for Ops Middle Office OTC and FX Derivatives trade settlements experience, covering processes, procedures, systems within Trading Operations and looking for for hires with advanced IT skills in Excel and Python to be based in London office.
The business covers all traded assets classes, OTC, (Rates and Credit) and FX Options products.

· The business has seen double digit growth over the last few years, and on for another profitable year and openly expanding its assets under management and investment strategies.
· Products covered – OTC Derivatives (Credit, Rates and FX Options).
· The role will be diverse in nature, covering OTC Derivatives Middle Office Trade Operations, Fixed Income, trade affirmations, trade enrichment (reconciliations / settlements) and trade life cycle management (trade journals / – FX options, expires operations).
· The business is genuinely focused on cross training and supporting Trade Operations Analyst with expertise in one or more assets classes, across OTC Derivatives.
Due to the high performing nature of this fund, the business is looking for Operations / Middle Office Analyst to move into the buy side.
Prerequisite Requirements - Fixed Term Contract Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund, till 24th Dec 2025
· You must have 3-8 years experience Trading Operations - covering life cycle management trade processing.
Candidates must have direct life cycle event processing experience- this will be covered in the 1st screening call.
First hand experience across - the following Coupons, Corporate Actions, Options, Rate Re-sets - Middle Office Trading Operations, working for Hedge Fund, Tier 1 Investment Bank, or top tier Investment Manager or High Frequency Trading Firm.
· Working Product Knowledge across OTC Derivatives (Rates, FX Derivatives, and Credit), Fixed Income, Equities, is required, and any Advanced Excel VBA (Macros) is highly desirable
· Systems Coverage across Ops Platforms, Advanced Excel (edit and write Macros) and Python.
· Prior proven experience and examples do projects and process improvements that you have led, to drive operational excellence, efficiencies, generate cost savings and improve accuracy.
· A positive attitude of continuous improvement and clear examples to reflect his in you CV.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Compensation package - £55,000 to £65,000 base salary + benefits (Fixed Term Contract)
