Senior Associate – Non-Contentious Construction - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

My client is looking to recruit a senior level associate on a 6-12 month fixed term contract to support their growing non-contentious construction practice in London.

The construction team sits within the International Real Estate Group, which provides specialist advice and support on a wide range of real estate transactions to major domestic and international businesses, developers, investment funds, banks, and public sector bodies.

We would like to see applications who meet the following criteria:

* experience with a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, primarily involving drafting and negotiation of contracts and project management

* excellent academic achievement.

* exposure to the Firms key sector groups, particularly energy & utilities, IT infrastructure and telecoms.

* experience of advising on data centre projects would be a particular advantage.
