Job Description:
- Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions to support IT infrastructure and business processes within Fixed Income.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Design and deliver end-to-end business process, applications, and information architecture solutions, integrating legacy, tactical, and strategic components.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design technical solutions meeting business requirements and aligning with IT strategy.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution architectures.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Establish standards and best practices for solution architecture.
- Provide architectural guidance and support for IT projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to solution architectures.
The Successful Applicant
Requires Fixed Income/Repo Technical Business Analyst experience and relevant qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent working experience.
- Strong experience in solution architecture and technical solution implementation.
- Deep understanding of Fixed Income products, especially Repo and Credit.
- Experience with Booking Model transformation is a plus.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks, cloud computing, software development, and cybersecurity.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are preferred.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of front-to-back-office processes in Fixed Income.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Results-oriented with strong accountability and ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
